Design

 

A contemporary live-work executive suite on a 45m × 25m plot, designed to combine residential comfort with corporate functionality. The project includes two private CEO offices, with private bathrooms, a central PA office, and bedrooms, Shared spaces include a lounge with TV and dining area, a CFO office, storage room, guest bathroom, and a meeting room. The design also features a basement level and a lift for seamless circulation between floors.
